Job summary

SERVPRO Team Toft is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration crews and deliver exceptional customer service on residential and commercial projects. This hands-on leadership role requires coaching others, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and project efficiency from start to finish.

You'll train and mentor team members, conduct site briefings, manage documentation and reporting, and communicate with customers and insurers.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or related industries.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Comfortable working in residential, commercial, and disaster restoration settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to SERVPRO standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor restoration team members.
• Conduct daily job site briefings and assign tasks.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers, insurance professionals, and management throughout the project.
• Complete documentation, photos, moisture readings, and job records accurately using company software.
• Monitor equipment usage and ensure vehicles, tools, and job sites remain organized.
• Identify project needs and communicate labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Respond to emergency after-hours calls as part of an on-call rotation.
• Promote a positive team culture built on accountability, professionalism, and customer service.
