This full-time role combines in-office coordination with on-site field work, guiding a team of restoration technicians to restore properties and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• IICRC certifications ASD, MRS, and WRT preferred.
• Strong communication and professional client interaction.
• Detail-oriented with ability to debrief findings and plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration technicians and coordinate department activities.
• Ensure licensing/certificates are current and credible for insurance.
• Coordinate material readiness with office staff.
• Discuss client needs professionally and document scope.
