Job summary

Greenwood Heating and Home Services is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead our restoration department in the Puget Sound area. This full-time, hybrid role combines field leadership with office coordination at our Everett and Tukwila locations.

You will supervise restoration technicians, ensure licensing and insurance compliance, and coordinate materials and client communications. The team values integrity, professionalism, and strong customer service focused on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration leadership and team supervision within a home service context.
• Requires understanding of insurance processes and restoration workflows.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation with homeowners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration technician teams to manage water, floor, and drywall repair projects.
• Ensure licensing and certificates stay current for insurance credibility.
• Coordinate with office for material readiness and job-site logistics.
• Engage with clients to assess needs and provide professional guidance.
• Hybrid role with in-office and field responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
