Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead field restoration projects and coordinate teams on site. This role focuses on delivering quality work and exceptional customer service, while following safety and documentation standards.

You will supervise technicians, ensure timely completion, manage resources, and communicate progress to the project manager. A valid driver's license and restoration experience are preferred to maintain our Here to Help promise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Position Requirements

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
