Job summary

SERVPRO of Friendswood - 12196 is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate and supervise production tasks on restoration projects. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, quality control, and efficient use of labor and materials.

You will guide technicians, document job files, and report progress to the project manager and office staff. This position requires a valid driver’s license and at least 1 year in cleaning, restoration, or construction, with IICRC certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be physically able to perform duties.
• 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
