Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall in the United States is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations, set project expectations with restoration technicians, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.

You will communicate with customers, document progress, help manage labor and scheduling, promote safe practices, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor technicians as they grow.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restoration experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a valid driver’s license.
• IICRC certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
• Work Directly with Customers: Maintain positive interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
• Keep Projects on Track: Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Promote a Safe Work Environment: Spot potential hazards and help put safe practices in place.
• Respond When Needed: Participate in the on-call rotation, including helping with local and out-of-town storm work when required.
• Help Build Team Skills: Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.
