Job summary

gpac is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager for a leading restoration company in the Chicago area. This role focuses on managing both residential and commercial loss projects, coordinating efforts across trades to restore properties efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of commercial construction management, direct water and fire restoration experience, and proficiency in Xactimate. Knowledge of NJ codes and a clean background are important; OSHA 30 and IICRC credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years commercial construction management experience.
• Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction.
• Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software (required).
• Knowledge of NJ commercial building codes and permitting.
• Clean criminal background and clean driving record.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred.
