The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commercial construction management, expertise in water/fire restoration, and proficiency with DASH software.

• Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction.
• Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.
• Knowledge of NJ commercial building codes and permitting.

A top restoration company is looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager. They need someone who is skilled with running both residential and commercial losses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years commercial construction management experience.
• Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction.
• Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.
• Proficiency in DASH software (required)
• Xactimate experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NJ commercial building codes and permitting.
• Clean criminal background and clean driving record.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred.
