Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in restoration or related field.
• Must have proficiency in Time & Material billing, remediation, mitigation and abatement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage scopes of work, estimates, and contracts.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to drive business growth.
• Maintain high service quality and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure financial reporting, invoicing, change orders, and collections.
• Resolve conflicts with customers and adjusters to secure new work.
