Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Anaheim, CA to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across stages.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and trades.
• Experience handling job-level financials and change orders.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, trades, property managers, and insurers.
• Develop and manage schedules, buyouts, and on-site quality control.
