The role emphasizes scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and strict adherence to timelines, while maintaining quality across jobs. The ideal candidate has strong management skills, at least 3 years of site supervision, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• 3 years of site supervising experience.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexible schedule; evenings and weekends may be required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel & Outlook.

Mansioni

• Plan and schedule jobs by trade, coordinating subcontractors.
• Provide detailed material lists for each job.
• Place orders for special items as needed.
• Manage progress and quality on all assigned jobs.
• Provide bi-weekly updates on active jobs.
• Perform quality control walkthroughs on completed jobs.
• Review invoices for materials and subcontracted labor and approve for payment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a group of approved subcontractors and negotiate bids.
