Job summary

ServiceMaster of Rochester is seeking a Project Manager - Restoration and Insurance Claims to oversee jobs from start to finish while also filling key restoration technician roles. This working manager position requires coordinating teams, scheduling, and maintaining high levels of customer service for residential and commercial clients in our service area.

Pay is based on experience in managing projects and will reflect after-hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Applicants will undergo a criminal background check.
• This business does do random drug testing.
• Should be able to work independently or lead a team.
• Will exhibit professionalism, maturity, and a willingness to serve the customer.
• Will be responsible for completing insurance company electronic data on every job.
• On-call time is required and will be compensated higher than regular hours.
• Experience in disaster restoration or related field preferred.
• Possess or obtain IICRC certifications preferred.
• Experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and work with restoration technicians on multiple jobs.
• Interact with customers, develop scope of work and work plans.
• Complete insurance company paperwork and digital documentation.
• Prepare and review estimates for new and existing jobs.
• Work with insurance adjusters, agents and insureds daily.
• Meet insurance company guidelines and timelines as established by each insurance company.
• Perform and manage fire/smoke/odor cleaning and mitigation as required.
• Complete proper documentation within insurance company guidelines for all fire/smoke/odor jobs.
• Perform and manage other cleaning duties when part of mitigation or restoration jobs.

Project Manager - Restoration and Insurance Claims ServiceMaster of Rochester is growing again and we need you! Join our fun, family oriented team today! The Project Manager position is a working manager position that will both fill key restoration technician roles and be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will have a pay rate based on experience in managing projects, workflow, and teams to provide a high level of customer service for residential and commercial customers in the ServiceMaster of Rochester service area .They will be responsible for management of cleaning and restoration jobs including the areas of carpet and upholstery cleaning, fire/smoke/soot cleaning, water damage restoration and other cleaning and restoration services the company provides. This is a working manager position that will require after hours and weekend assignments which may be compensated at higher levels than the base pay.

Responsibilities and Duties

This position will include but is not limited to:

• will lead, manage and work with restoration technicians on multiple jobs
• interact with customers, develop scope of work and work plans
• will complete insurance company paperwork and digital documentation
• prepare and review estimates for new and existing jobs
