Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Manager to supervise and coordinate construction activities within the insurance claims process. The role focuses on scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring safety and quality across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years as a cost estimator or PM, and proficiency in Xactimate. A Georgia driver’s license and background check clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience as cost estimator or PM.
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
• Valid Georgia driver's license.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and inspect work progress and construction sites to verify safety and ensure specifications are met.
• Read specifications such as Xactimate estimates to determine construction requirements or plan procedures.
• Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
• Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers.
• Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
• Communicate effectively with management, other departments, and sub-contractors to complete the repair process in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple construction projects.
• Order materials or supplies.
• Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
