Job summary

A prominent emergency restoration company is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee production crews and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires managing job assignments, communication with staff, and continuous job presence. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in project management and property restoration. Besides a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, the position comes with benefits including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in project management preferred.
• 2 years of experience in property restoration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production crews and job assignments as assigned.
• Oversee all aspects of the production processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and manage relationships.
• Ensure clear communication with staff and technicians.
• Maintain cleanliness of products and equipment.

Skills

Experience in equipment, asset and financial management

Proficient using Xactimate & Symbility/Mobile Claims estimating platforms

Understanding of safety guidelines

IICRC certified in ASD, WRT and AMRT
