Job summary

ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning in Worcester, MA is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee water, fire and mold remediation projects from initiation to completion. You will lead crews, coordinate with clients and insurers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in restoration or construction, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with project management software and Xactimate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in restoration or construction.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiar with using mobile devices and project management software.
• Experience with Xactimate is a plus.
• IICRC certification(s) strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assess damage and determine proper remediation approach.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and insurance adjusters.
• Obtain approval on job scopes and budgets.
• Provide job direction and oversight to technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure all documentation is timely and accurate in the project management system.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and continuous staff training.
• Participate in the on-call rotation (flexibility required).
