I have a client located in the Waltham, MA area that has an opportunity for an Architect.

In this role, you will be working as a Project Architect for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for project management, construction administration and design reviews on restoration projects.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be work on-site.

Pay; 85,000-110,000/Yr.

• Bachelors degree in Structural Engineer or Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis
• 5+ years of experience in a project architect
• On track to get their PE
• Revit experience - able to review drawings and make revisions if needed.
• Knowledge of concrete and steel restoration projects preferred
• Experience with commercial and industrial projects - structural experience preferred
• Responsible for coming up with initial designs, putting together construction documents and assisting in construction administration
