Job summary

SERVPRO of North Pensacola is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management role leads the team to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a HS diploma or GED (higher degrees preferred), at least 1 year of management experience, and 5 years of industry experience with IIRC certifications; IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Requires at least 5 years of industry experience with IIRC certifications.
• IICRC certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HS diploma/GED; higher degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using proprietary software.
• Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers/clients.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources (including subcontractors).
• Review job site documentation to support services and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance reps.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and materials.
• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction; respond to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and training restoration teammates.

As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 5 years of industry experience With IIRC certifications
• IICRC certification a preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
