As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front-line management position leads the team to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software.
2. Negotiate project scope and estimate approval with customers and clients.
3. Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews, resources, and subcontractors on active projects.
4. Review job site documentation to ensure proper services, client requirements, and billing.
5. Maintain communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
6. Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and materials.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction, tracked via online reviews.
2. Provide prompt responses to potential customers.
3. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration team members.

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma / GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• IICRC certification preferred

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies:

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Work with cleaning agents
• Successful background check
