Job summary

PuroClean of Laurel is seeking a Project Manager to lead production crews, coordinate job assignments, and maintain cost controls from start to finish. You will supervise scheduling, ensure adherence to guidelines, and keep management informed on progress and needs.

Ideal candidates will manage customer expectations, oversee pricing and estimates, and uphold high standards of service while ensuring safety and timely documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment, asset and financial management.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling.
• Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates

• Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
• Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
• Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Job Position Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate.
