• Build and manage job schedules, resources, and project expectations.
• Coordinate field crews, warehouse operations, and subcontracted services.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
• Provide consistent job updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Solve challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
• Maintain organized documentation, job files, and billing records.
• Create estimates and manage project documentation using Xactimate.
