Job summary

SERVPRO of Lake County is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, driving operational excellence on active jobs. This front-line management role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and proven scheduling and budgeting skills.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED (associates or bachelor’s preferred), at least 3 years in management, 7 years in the restoration industry, and IICRC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• 7+ years of restoration industry experience strongly preferred.
• IICRC certification required: WRT, ASD, FSRT, OCT, TCST, OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope of work and prepare estimates for restoration projects.
• Negotiate project scope and obtain client approvals.
• Schedule and coordinate crews and resources, including subs.
• Review site documentation and ensure proper billing and client requirements.
• Maintain written communication with customers, vendors and insurers.
• Manage production expenses including equipment and vehicles.
