Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will define scope, prepare estimates, schedule crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure billing accuracy while maintaining clear communication with customers, vendors, and insurers.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of restoration industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and prepare estimates using hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources on active projects, including subcontractors.
• Review job site documentation to support services and ensure client requirements and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.

Education
