Precision Environmental in Los Angeles seeks a Project Director to oversee water and fire damage restoration projects. You will direct technicians and superintendents across multiple claims, coordinating with the Regional Director and other departments to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

The role requires proven large-project management, strong estimating skills, and a focus on safety, reporting, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience managing large commercial mitigation and construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating.
• Familiarity with time & material billing concepts.
• Experience marketing services to generate new business.
• Solid understanding of basic safety standards and practices.
• Strong leadership, delegation and communication skills.
• Industry certification is desirable.
• Completion or progress toward IICRC training.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Excel and Xactimate.
• Understanding of cost containment and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple large-scope projects from start to finish.
• Develop estimates for construction and mitigation projects.
• Review and approve time and material billing to capture all costs.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain client contacts.
• Prepare work orders and distribute them to teams.
• Inspect jobs and recommend further work to adjusters or clients.
• Track plans and adjust to meet schedules and contracts.
• Ensure timely customer invoicing and payments.
• Maintain clear communication with adjusters, customers, and contractors.
• Market services to potential clients and adjusters.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on bids.
• Perform loss site inspections to prepare bids.
