PuroClean of Lawrenceville & Chamblee is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to keep restoration projects moving from start to finish. This entry-level role requires no prior restoration experience, as we will provide training.

You will review field documentation, coordinate with technicians, and communicate with customers and insurance representatives. This position emphasizes attention to detail, professional communication, and dependable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Review field photos and videos for completeness and quality.
• Verify technicians collected all required documentation before leaving a job.
• Review assessment documentation to ensure nothing was missed.
• Follow up with technicians when additional photos or documentation are needed.
• Assist with preparing job files before submission to insurance carriers.
• Respond to notes and requests from insurance adjusters.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and project status.
• Keep job files organized and up to date.
• Track outstanding items and help move projects through completion.
• Work closely with management to maintain accurate documentation.
