Job summary

FRSTeam by Brown's Cleaners is seeking a Production Technician to restore customer contents after fire, smoke, water, or mold damage. You will receive, clean, deodorize, and repackage items, following established procedures to return them in pre-loss condition.

Under supervision, you will operate ultrasonic machines, ozone chambers, drying stations, and HEPA vacuums, while maintaining safety and organization across production areas. Strong care for high-value items is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent internal and external customer service.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and stage incoming contents for cleaning and processing.
• Clean and deodorize a variety of contents using industry-approved methods.
• Operate restoration equipment including ultrasonic machines, ozone chambers, drying stations, and HEPA vacuums.
• Accurately repackage and label contents for storage or return.
• Collaborate with field and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support quality control checks to ensure restoration standards.
