Job summary

FRSTeam by Brown's Cleaners seeks a Production Technician to process and restore customer contents damaged by fire, smoke, water, or mold. You will receive, clean, deodorize, and repack items in a warehouse or cleaning facility, under supervision, ensuring they return to pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities include operating ultrasonic and other restoration equipment, labeling and qualifying items, and maintaining a clean production area.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service skills for interactions with clients.
• Strong communication in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to handle fragile or high-value items with care.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly and use proper lifting techniques.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Be available for overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and stage contents for cleaning.
• Clean and deodorize a variety of contents.
• Operate restoration equipment like ultrasonic machines and ozone chambers.
• Repackage and label contents for storage or return.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Handle contents with extreme care for high-value items.
• Follow safety protocols for chemicals and materials.
• Collaborate with field and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
