Job summary

FRSTeam, Inc. is seeking a Contents Restoration Technician to assess, inventory, pack, move, and store contents from customers’ residences, and to clean and restore items damaged by water, fire, smoke, and mold.

You will drive to job sites and work under a Crew Lead, performing cleaning and restoration tasks with attention to safety and documentation. The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, a valid license, and the ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes, cleaning, and other labor-intensive tasks.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Perform contents cleaning (textiles, electronics, clothing, household goods, furniture) after fire/smoke damage.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as ultrasonic machines, ozone chambers, HEPA vacuums, and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Photo inventory and documentation of contents prior to cleaning or packing using digital software.
• Inspect and document contents for any damage, including pre-existing.
• Communicate with Crew Lead and/or Project Manager to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown; leave site clean and orderly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including before-and-after photos.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.
