Arrow Service Team, North Dakota's leader in disaster restoration, seeks a Restoration Painter for the Reconstruction Team. You will paint residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, and storms, with responsibilities including masking, sanding, and finishing surfaces.

Qualifications

• 1+ year painting experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Paint and restore residential and commercial properties damaged by disasters.
• Brush, roll, and spray walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by masking, sanding, filling holes, and cleaning.
• Stain and paint trim, cabinets, and doors at the shop as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete project documentation.
• Work alongside the reconstruction team to return properties to pre-loss condition.
