Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of residential/commercial restoration experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel across North Central Florida.
• Excellent communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, and direct all branch activities.
• Monitor financial performance including costs, revenue, and profitability.
• Forecast monthly revenue and align with budget.
• Collaborate with Sales for project transitions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and coach staff; ensure training and certifications.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance.
