Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Restoration/Mitigation Technicians in Waukesha, WI to perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and related disaster-restoration tasks. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, safety awareness, and the ability to work with customers and team members.

You will remove damaged materials, set up equipment, and help restore residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, or storms.

Qualifications

• Experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, or construction preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call as needed.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

We are currently seeking Restoration/Mitigation Technicians to join a growing team immediately. If you have experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, demolition, disaster recovery, or general construction and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and mitigation services.

• Remove damaged materials including drywall, flooring, insulation, and debris.

• Set up and monitor drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air movers.

• Clean, sanitize, and restore residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storm damage.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout restoration projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous restoration, mitigation, remediation, demolition, or construction experience preferred.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.

• Ability to work overtime and occasional on-call schedules as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
