Restoration Manager

SERVPRO Team Swizek | Mishawaka, Indiana

Compensation: $75,000 - $82,000 on target annually, based on experience

We're looking for a Restoration Manager who knows how to lead people, organize production, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is an opportunity for an experienced restoration professional or proven field supervisor who wants to take the next step in leadership.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead and Develop the Team

• Set clear daily priorities and performance expectations.
• Coach, train, and develop crew chiefs and restoration technicians.
• Build accountability, teamwork, and a culture of doing things right.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development.

Manage Production

• Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards.
• Oversee documentation, scopes of work, and project progress.
• Identify problems early and coordinate solutions.

Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience

• Maintain professional communication with customers, adjusters, and business partners.
• Ensure projects meet customer expectations and company standards.
• Resolve service issues and keep customers informed throughout the restoration process.

Drive Operational Performance

• Manage labor, equipment utilization, and other production expenses.
• Help ensure projects are properly documented, completed, and ready for billing.
• Monitor production results and identify opportunities to improve performance.

What We're Looking For

• Restoration industry experience, preferably in water, fire, or mold mitigation.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Comfort using restoration documentation and estimating software.
• Valid driver's license.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
