Job Opportunity: Restoration Laborer

Q3 Contracting has immediate openings for Restoration Laborers at our locations in Commerce City, CO, and the Denver Metro area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor related to concrete patch work, sod restoration, blacktop, asphalt, and other duties assigned by the foreman regarding restoration.

Physical Demands

• Dependability and willingness to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Capability to drive with frequent stops and starts.
• Continuous physical activities including lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, reaching, speaking, and hearing.
• Close vision required; distance and peripheral vision necessary for safety.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $29.72/hour with CDL licensure. Pay and benefits are determined by the union contract. We offer paid sick leave as per Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
