Job Opening: Asphalt Laborer/Driver

Q3 Contracting has immediate openings for Asphalt Laborers/Drivers at our locations in Commerce City, CO, and the Denver Metro area.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor related to concrete patch work, sod restoration, blacktop, asphalt, and other duties as assigned by the foreman, with respect to restoration.

Requirements:

• CDL A License is required.

Physical Demands:

• Dependability and willingness to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Capability to drive with frequent stops and starts.
• Continuous physical activities including lifting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, reaching, crouching, speaking, and hearing.
• Close vision for specific tasks; distance and peripheral vision for safety.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting at $29.72/hour with CDL licensure. Pay and benefits are determined by union contracts. We offer paid sick leave as per Colorado law.
