Qualifications

• Dependable and willing to learn in a hands-on restoration environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment, debris, and building materials.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, dusty, and dirty environments.
• No prior restoration experience required, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction and water damage cleanup.
• Set up and remove drying equipment.
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other materials.
• Clean fire, smoke, and mold-damaged areas.
• Clean walls, ceilings, floors, and contents.
• Assist crew leaders and other technicians.
• Operate hand and power tools and restoration equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
