Job summary

SERVPRO of Jonesboro is hiring Restoration General Labor Technicians to join our restoration team. This hands-on role focuses on water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mold-related losses.

The position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with water extraction and cleanup, set up and removal of drying equipment, removal of damaged materials, mold remediation, and general site cleanliness while supporting Crew Leaders

Qualifications

• We’re looking for candidates who can reliably perform physical restoration work.
• No formal degree required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and cleanup
• Set up and remove drying equipment
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation and other materials
• Mold remediation and cleaning
• Assist crew leaders and other technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Handle loading/unloading equipment and materials
