Job summary

Valor Restoration is seeking dependable General Laborers to support demolition, water mitigation, emergency cleanup, and restoration projects. This physically active role involves working on job sites affected by water damage.

No experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. You will assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanup, remove damaged materials, set up and monitor drying equipment, and help keep sites clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Comfortable working in damaged or wet environments.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass a background check (if required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
