Job summary

Lightspeed Restoration is hiring a Restoration Field Technician to be on the front lines of water damage mitigation and mold remediation. You will work under a Crew Chief or Project Manager, with hands-on training provided from day one. No restoration experience is required, as we train and certify you to advance within the team.

Ideal backgrounds include construction, handyman work, or other hands-on trades. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and customer care are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on or mechanically inclined background.
• Strong work ethic and team attitude.
• Ability to follow detailed safety procedures.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for job documentation.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and office team.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Water Damage Mitigation: extract water, monitor drying equipment, document progress with devices.
• Mold Remediation: set up containment, remove affected materials, apply treatments and clean surfaces.
• General Field Duties: operate tools safely, perform detailed cleaning, protect customer belongings, document work with apps.
