Lightspeed Restoration of Austin is hiring a Restoration Field Technician to perform water damage mitigation and mold remediation. No restoration experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and certifications from day one.

You will join a supportive team under a Crew Chief or Project Manager, with a pathway to higher roles. We equip you with all tools and PPE, provide paid certifications, and offer a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on or mechanically inclined background required.
• Strong work ethic and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to learn and use mobile apps for job documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage mitigation using pumps, wet vacs, and extraction equipment.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and record progress.
• Conduct mold remediation with containment and safety protocols.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and keep the site organized.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and office team.
