Lightspeed Restoration is hiring a Restoration Field Technician to be on the front lines of water damage mitigation and mold remediation. You will work under a Crew Chief or Project Manager, with hands-on training provided from day one. No restoration experience is required, as we train and certify you to advance within the team.

As a Restoration Field Technician, you will be on the front lines of water damage mitigation and mold remediation — performing the skilled, hands‑on work that gets homes and businesses back to normal. You will work under the direction of a Crew Chief or Project Manager in a supportive, team-centered environment. No restoration experience required — we train and certify you from day one. Ideal backgrounds: construction, handyman/maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, or any hands‑on trade. What matters most: work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.

Safety gear provided: N95 and full‑face respirators, Tyvek suits, nitrile and rubber gloves, safety glasses, goggles, shoe covers, knee pads, muck boots, hard hats, and ear protection.
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
