Job summary

360 Fire & Flood seeks an experienced Estimator to join our Ocala, FL team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for commercial and residential projects by analyzing plans, materials, labor, and other requirements. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop competitive proposals and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Travel to various job sites is required to evaluate projects and ensure estimates align with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or construction estimating required.
• Tight collaboration with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and project budgets for commercial/residential work.
