Job summary
SERVPRO Team Shaw in the Houston area is seeking a Restoration Estimator and Project Manager to lead daily field operations, write estimates in Xactimate, and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll work with the general manager and claims team, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, while enjoying a strong bonus and commission plan plus a competitive base salary.
The role requires 1–2 years in restoration or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and the
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of restoration, construction, or related field experience.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Proven communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with insurance adjusters or property managers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily field operations and ensure safety standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and meet timelines.
- Communicate clearly with customers and set expectations.
- Write estimates in Xactimate and document job files.
- Inspect work and oversee equipment and inventory.
- Coach crew members and collaborate with the claims team.
- Promote safe work practices on every site.
