Job summary

Apex Restoration DKI is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will perform site inspections, read blueprints, and prepare estimates covering time, labor, and materials, acting as the final authority on calculations.

You will present estimates to clients and assist the sales team in closing projects. Responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating with the project management team, and supporting emergency on-call sales as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Level 1 certification in Xactimate or willingness to obtain.
• Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial site inspections and read blueprints and documents to prepare estimates.
• Assess projects for time, labor, and material costs; present estimates to clients.
• Close jobs by obtaining authorization to provide services and collecting deductibles where applicable.
• Maintain thorough records of estimates, receipts, and project documentation.
• Support sales team in final project preparation and ensure on-time communication.
