Job summary

Oregon Restoration, the founding company for Team Blue, seeks motivated individuals to join the mitigation demolition team. You’ll work directly with a Lead Demolition Technician to remove damaged drywall, flooring, cabinets, and trim from homes and small commercial properties impacted by water or mold.

Training is provided and daily tasks vary to build your skills. Expect hands-on work, attention to detail, and a safe, efficient approach.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn on the job and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Demolish damaged materials under supervision on residential and light commercial sites.
• Operate power tools safely and follow site safety rules.
• Assist with cleanup, tool organization, and equipment setup/breakdown.
