Restoration Crew Member
We are looking to hire someone who is comfortable working in challenging situations and enjoys helping others. As a Restoration Crew Member you will work as part of a team helping customers recover from catastrophic events. You will receive formal training from the beginning, and it will continue throughout your career at SERVPRO with plenty of room for advancement into becoming a Crew Chief and beyond. We also offer exciting opportunities to travel as we deploy to areas of the country to help in major storm events.

Job Description:

Works as part of a team per Crew Chief’s supervision. You will inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products and supplies needed for each project. Clean and remediate areas affected by water, fire and/or mold damage. Set up and take down equipment as well as leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
