Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish. You will supervise demolition, drying, moisture mapping, and equipment setup while communicating clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters.

This is not entry-level; restoration experience is required. You will manage 1–2 technicians per job, ensure safety and quality, and support career growth into Operations or Project Management.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification (WRT and ASD preferred)
• Proven experience leading a mitigation crew or serving as senior technician
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and active job sites
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to completion
• Perform and supervise demolition, drying, moisture mapping, and equipment setup
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters
• Document jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, moisture readings)
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control on every project
• Manage 1–2 technicians per job
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and drying equipment
