Ciocca is seeking a dynamic Restoration Crew Chief to lead and coordinate complex restoration projects from inception to completion in Indiana. The role requires strong construction management, superb coordination, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fire and water restoration experience (preferred).
• IICRC Certifications- WRT and ASD.
• General construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Acceptable driving record to meet company insurance requirements (Required).
• Acceptable Criminal Background Check (Required).
• Acceptable Drug Screen (Required).
