Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a dynamic Restoration Crew Chief to lead and coordinate complex restoration projects from start to finish. You will oversee all phases, coordinate repairs, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure work meets client expectations and insurance requirements.

The role requires 2 years of fire and water restoration experience, IICRC WRT/ASD certifications, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fire and water restoration experience (preferred).
• IICRC Certifications- WRT and ASD.
• General construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to prioritise and manage time.
• Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Acceptable driving record to meet company insurance requirements (Required).
• Acceptable Criminal Background Check (Required).
• Acceptable Drug Screen (Required).

Responsibilities

• Prepare an accurate scope of work for projects.
• Prepare accurate project estimates.
• Direct analysis and solutions of problems.
• Coordinate project repairs and schedule.
• Manage technicians and subcontractors.
• Work with insurance companies and property owners.
• Manage project budget including labor, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain open communication with customers, employees and subcontractors.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and questions.

• Complete all paperwork.
• Facilitate collection of monies from insurance companies & property owners.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Restoration Crew Chief to lead and coordinate complex restoration projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of restoration work, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, exceptional project coordination skills, and a passion for restoring properties efficiently and effectively. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
