Job summary

SERVPRO Team Dobson is seeking a Front-Line Restoration Crew Chief who coordinates, monitors, and performs restoration tasks while leading a crew to deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish. You’ll oversee production processes on job sites and ensure quality control.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 1 year of experience in cleaning/restoration/construction, and IICRC certification is a plus; you will coach technicians, manage materials and safety, and communicate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes according to schedule, ensuring quality control on all job sites.
• Manage the customer and client experience, supporting high satisfaction and positive online reviews.
• Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their daily activities.
• Document detailed, accurate job files to support services rendered.
• Manage labor usage, consumable materials, and efficiency on assigned projects.
• Communicate with the project manager and office staff to share job status updates and address issues promptly.
• Follow and reinforce all OSHA safety standards on job sites.
• Coach, mentor, and train restoration technicians for skill and career growth.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
• Comfortable working with and around various cleaning agents
