Job summary

Zolman Restoration in Michigan is seeking a Personal Property Technician to safely handle contents at all stages of the loss remediation process. You will manage loading/unloading, document damages, and protect contents during transport.

The role emphasizes integrity, safety, and attention to detail. Prior restoration experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license with the ability to drive box trucks is required to support on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage loading and unloading trucks safely using proper protection to assure safe delivery of contents
• Identify, inventory, and photograph personal property. This includes identifying pre-exiting damages and documenting them
• Clean various types of contents
• Maintain a clean truck and work area
• Deconstruct/rebuild large furniture when necessary
• Lift, squat, pack, and carry boxes in adverse conditions (fire, soot, water, mold…)
• Awareness of job site security and safety at all times
