Job summary

Zolman Restoration in Michigan is seeking a Personal Property Technician to safely handle contents through all stages of the process. You will load and unload trucks, inventory and photograph items, document pre-existing damages, and help maintain a clean, secure work environment while assisting with deconstruction and reassembly when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage loading and unloading trucks safely with protection for contents.
• Identify, inventory, and photograph personal property and document damages.
• Clean various types of contents.
• Maintain a clean truck and work area.
• Deconstruct and rebuild large furniture when necessary.
• Lift, squat, pack, and carry boxes in adverse conditions and maintain site safety.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage loading and unloading trucks safely using proper protection to assure safe delivery of contents
• Identify, inventory, and photograph personal property. This includes identifying pre-exiting damages and documenting them
• Clean various types of contents
• Maintain a clean truck and work area
• Deconstruct/rebuild large furniture when necessary
• Lift, squat, pack, and carry boxes in adverse conditions (fire, soot, water, mold…)
• Awareness of job site security and safety at all times
